  • network
  • wallet profile id
  • guardrail policy id
  • MCP integration id
  • request id, if one exists
  • whether the issue is prepare, authorize, execute, or status
  • expected result
  • actual result or error

Do not send private wallet keys, admin secrets, or production API keys.
